Please allow 48 hours to schedule appointments and file preparation.  All persons requesting to review files must complete a PIA request form.  Appointments can be made between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday at BMZA offices 417 E. Fayette Street Suite 922.
